I'm baaack!
Hey ya'll I'm still here. I just got back from my yoga workshop in Asheville NC. I will write about this wonderful trip I had soon, but now I am exhausted as it took us 20 hours to get home instead of the 4 hours we were promised. Sigh.

yes, i'd want me for a nurse. I think I'm smart, and I always use those teaching moments, and make it seem casual.
OMG!!!! you went to a yoga conference!!!!! was it like an instructor class, or a confrence? I'm so jealous (in a good way)!!!! How very neat!!
